ABOUT

THS is the manufacturer of the UNiversal-Automated-Test-Equipment  (UN-ATE, pronounced un-it-y),
an advanced portable wireless electrical tool used IN-SITU commercial aircraft
to improve aircraft reliability and modernization using cost-effective industry 4.0 automated processes.
Solavitek is the technology provider of the Advanced-Mobile-Universal-Electrical-Tooling  (AMUET),
a cybersecure version of the commercial UN-ATE platform distributed by THS, its sister company.

WHO IS THS

20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

THS is a 11/2003 start-up issued from the invention of a wireless cable tester. The technology was adamant for harness manufacturing and modernization, but disruptive to airlines who could not afford to disconnect multiple connectors on operational aircraft, which was ineffective, and often lead to mechanical and electrical problems damages caused by the manipulation. There had to be a better way!  Our product line evolved through R&D and IN-SITU deployment to meet our customer  flightline requirements. Fast forward 20 years, the technology has evolved to become the Smart ATE 4.0.

INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS AND PARTNERS

The UN-ATE tooling and aircraft solutions are now being offered worldwide and supported through our global network program. We are in an expansion mode and we are seeking US and foreign partners to support both our commercial and defense activities in  Asia, EMEA, North and South America and Oceania.

IN-HOUSE DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING

The UN-ATE platform is designed with modular Industry 4.0 architecture that can be deployed à la carte to meet each customer specific needs. Our suite of testers, test software, production software, augmented reality, wireless communications and other accessories were all designed internally by our software and electrical engineers. Aircraft program solutions are developed and vetted with our partners clients, OEMs, airlines or government programs. Effectively, we provide a comprehensive ALL-IN-ONE tool which seamlessly integrates with YOUR operations and allow for YOUR organic development. We created UN-ATE and we totally support it’s ecosystem, coupled with comprehensive service plans and global remote support.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

  1. Electrical systems are critical to flight operations and safety.
  2. In-situ wiring installations are labor intensive and testing critical to quality control.
  3. In-service electrical failures represent 20%-30% of unscheduled maintenance, leading to flight disruptions.
  4. Flightline troubleshooting is challenged by lack of resources and proper tooling.
  5. Electrical ghosts are complex to find, leading to recurrent intermittent faults and rework.
Sounds like your reality?
